Management of IP portfolios

Webinar Description

The purpose of the course titled “Management of IP Portfolios” is to present the modern approach to the protection and management of intellectual property (IP). While the traditional approach was about a narrow focus on the procedures of IP protection and the exclusion of others from exploitation, in the modern portfolio approach the focus is on the effective management of the company’s resources and integrating IP protection and management with all other internal processes, from product development to accounting.
